She was a member of the group that created the podcasts “The Yellow Car” and “Urge to Kill.” Ashley has worked in local news for a number of years as a military and crime reporter. She has also worked at TV stations in Great Falls, Montana, and Spokane, Washington.
Ashley created and launched The Yellow Car, her second podcast, in 2021. It was also recognized with an Edward R. Murrow Award. The show centers on a woman’s lifelong quest to show that the wrong person was wrongfully convicted in her mother’s 1989 murder.
