Lombard is happily married to her loving husband, Glen Johnson, who is also a media personality. The couple exchanged their vows on December 28, 2017, on Antigua Island. The couple has been blessed with two children: Fox, who was born in 2018, and Solstice, who was born on June 21, 2021. She posts a lot of pictures on social media, having a wonderful time with her family.
She claims to be from the Gulf Coast and that she and her husband are thrilled to raise their little child in this close-knit community. Along with their shared love of animals, they are the parents of three rescue dogs and one rescue cat.

In 2001, she began her job at WABB FM while still a student at South. Her ascent through the ranks eventually led her to become the station’s first female co-host of Morning Drive, a part of “Matt, Jay, and Cherish.”
She was employed as a general assignment reporter in 2008 after catching the eye of the news director at a nearby TV station, where she began providing traffic reports. 2010 saw her advance to the position of inaugural host of Studio 10, the station’s brand-new entertainment and lifestyle program.
Cherish ventured out of her comfort zone in 2014 to accept a job as an anchor in Nashville, TN. Her involvement in some of the greatest breaking news items that made national headlines when she was there included the resignation of Nashville’s former mayor and the capture of the Waffle House gunman.
Leading the WKRN crew with an emphasis on the expanding Nashville cityscape was Cherish. Among the people she worked with at CMA Fest were Luke Bryan, Hayley Orrantia, and the Property Brothers. She also field-anchored throughout the Nashville Predators’ road to the Stanley Cup. She interviewed some of the biggest personalities in the country music industry, such as Garth Brooks, Keith Urban, Little Big Town, and Chris Stapleton, during her two years as the live presenter of the CMA Awards after-party.
Throughout her career, Cherish has volunteered for numerous nonprofits, such as the American Cancer Society, Susan G. Komen, American Heart Association, Girl Scouts of America, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts of America, March of Dimes, American Cancer Society, and Prevent Child Abuse America.
