During her tenure in Houston, Noël covered the “Bells For Abigail,” a series that draws attention to young children battling cancer. That series won her the prestigious Edward R. Murrow Award and four International Telly Awards.
Noël also helped spearhead the coverage of hurricanes and significant breaking news like car crashes, the Uvalde school shooting, political elections, immigration issues at the border, and the COVID-19 pandemic. Furthermore, she covered major events domestically and internationally, including the Houston Astros’ World Series championship. She visited Japan twice to report on the 2020 Summer Olympic Games in Tokyo.
Before Noël moved to Houston, she worked at KUSA-TV in Denver as the main anchor from 2014 to 2019. She also served as the main anchor for WCCB-TV in Charlotte, North Carolina. She also worked at WZZM-TV in Grand Rapids, Michigan, where she started her career as a morning show host of “Take Five & Company.”
