Since April 1999, Cergol has covered the most high-profile and newsworthy issues on Long Island for NBC 4 New York. He is renowned for asking the questions that viewers want to know the answers to. The opioid crisis, the political and governmental corruption, the future of Long Island’s economy, and two presidential debates are among them, in addition to Sandy.
