In this capacity, he has worked as the captain of Yacht Ilonka, Yacht Ilona, Yacht Pursuit, and Yacht Moatize.

In January 2024, Chambers obtained his PADI Rescue Diver License. Before working in the yachting business, he was a professional rugby player for Australia’s Newcastle Knights. Besides his yachting work, he is an ambassador for Classroom of Hope, a nonprofit that rebuilds Indonesian schools using recycled plastic blocks. Chambers crashed Moatize, a superyacht, into the Marlin Marina in Cairns in August 2019, just missing a waterfront restaurant and a smaller boat. The accident happened due to a mechanical failure, where a jammed gear caused the ship to stay in gear while docking. He reduced the damage by shutting down all engines and using the anchor to slow down the vessel. Fortunately, there were no reported injuries, and there was mainly cosmetic damage to the port side of the yacht.
