Ryan is the founder and creative director of Interiors by John, an interior design firm based in South Florida. He launched the firm in 2021, working in both residential and commercial design. He works as the host of the Design. Drink. Dish. podcast, which he launched in 2025.
Ryan launched his career at a residential design firm while in college before transitioning into commercial design at an architectural firm. There, he produced construction drawings for brands like Aldi, Starbucks, CVS Health, and PM Pediatrics. After multiple years in commercial design, he returned to his true passion of luxury residential interiors and moved to South Florida. In South Florida, he worked as a senior designer before launching his design firm.
The Italian Trade Agency chose Ryan to represent the United States at Florence’s premier textile trade show in Florence. He also serves as a member of the American Society of Interior Designers Florida South Chapter.

It follows Ryan and 5 other designers as they take up residence in Bihl Manor, one of America’s most infamous haunted homes. They compete to transform it into a dream property, with the winner standing a chance to win the competition and claim the $50,000 grand prize.
Though a haunted mansion is outside his area of expertise, competition clearly isn’t. With a history in competitive tennis and pickleball, he describes himself as a pretty competitive person and is ready to channel that energy into winning the $50,000 cash prize.
