He also takes the viewer through the morning with extensive coverage of major breaking news across the Valley. A longtime Arizonan by choice, he has spent over 10 years calling the Valley home.
Before joining 12 News, Pazera spent almost 9 years at ABC15 Arizona. When he first joined the station, he worked as the 11 a.m. reporter and a morning reporter before being promoted to his final role, morning anchor. He spent 2 years as an anchor and reporter at Channel 3 in Omaha before moving to Arizona.
Pazera started his on-air reporting career at KEVN Black Hills FOX in South Dakota. His journalism career began in 2003 at FOX32 Chicago, where he worked as a production assistant. He later climbed the ranks to field producer and managed the overnight assignment desk.
Pazera has covered various stories, including political campaigns from local offices to the presidential stage and his hike to the top of Mount Rushmore, to report on its first-ever cleaning and restoration. In addition, he has covered numerous wildfires in South Dakota, Wyoming, and Arizona, and the 2015 and 2013 Super Bowl events held in the valley.
