Additionally, he wrote, cut, edited, anchored, and produced 6 and 10 p.m. live sports blocks, as well as weekly 15-minute football and basketball shows. Moreover, he highlighted high school, collegiate, and professional sporting events related to Southcentral Kentucky athletics.
Before Bowling Green, Trink worked for NBC 6 in South Florida as an associate sports producer for almost two years. During his time in South Florida, he provided coverage for the Dolphins, Heat, Marlins, Panthers, and Inter Miami CF. His love for athletics began when he was a young boy in Long Island, New York, watching New York Mets games with his mother.
