Aldis works as the CrimeWatch reporter for KTBC FOX 7 Austin. In this role, she is on the air on weekdays at 5, 6, 9, and 10 p.m. Though she is a proud Baylor Bear, she grew up a Texas Longhorn. After finishing her undergraduate studies, she relocated to Lubbock, Texas. In Lubbock, she worked as a producer, anchor, and cooking host for the morning show, Good Day Lubbock at FOX34. She also filed reports for “Look Around Lubbock” and shed light on the people, places, and events that make Lubbock interesting and lively. Moreover, she won the Lew Dee On-Air Personality of the Year Award in 2019.
Before her tenure in Austin, Aldis worked as a reporter and anchor at Local 3 News in Chattanooga, Tennessee. She provided coverage for heated school board meetings, days-long manhunts, elections, as well as tornadoes and their aftermath. In addition, she anchored the “Week in Review” show.
