Her most recent venture was the creation of NYL: Prime Time Edition, which airs every Friday at 7:15 p.m. on NBC 4 New York. She has also long served as the host of NBC’s First Look Live on the Red Carpet Specials for the Primetime Emmy Awards, the Golden Globes, and other live events.
Gore also hosts NBC’s wildly popular Emmy Award-winning real estate and design program, Open House, where she invites viewers into some of the most opulent (and occasionally celebrity) homes in the nation while providing her fans with advice and inspiration from the top architects, brokers, and home improvement specialists in the business.
Early in her career, Gore followed her passion for cooking by working as a personal chef, food blogger, owner of her own catering business, and line cook for Jean-Georges Vongerichten, an internationally famous chef, and eatery.
She has continued to show off her culinary abilities in commercials as the face of Dinner Made Easy for General Mills and for DeCecco Pasta, on television (The Today Show, The Martha Stewart Show, and on her own Emmy® nominated show Recipe Revamp), and at home for her husband and three children.
