Sol has always had a passion for athletics. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma and believes that Sooner football is king and softball is queen. Sol participated in numerous award-winning initiatives run by the Gaylord College of Journalism and Mass Communication at the University of Oklahoma, including OU Nightly, Sooner Sports Pad, and GamedayU.
Through such programs, Sol rose from being a camera operator to becoming a sports reporter, anchor, and producer. Sol has covered a number of significant athletic occasions. Olympic athletes, a Heisman Trophy winner, and national champions.
Additionally, he completed internships at the University of Texas in Tyler and KLST/KSAN in San Angelo. He could not be more thrilled to advance his profession in the Northwoods. When Sol is not working, you can find him grilling, playing golf, or watching the Sooners or UFC.
