Ha wanted to be an actress since she was young, but thought that it would be difficult in Australia because of the shortage of Asian actors in local TV shows. However, she pursued acting in South Korea at her parents’ recommendation. After finishing her undergraduate studies in Sydney, she starred as Maurice in the Sydney Theatre Company production of Lord of the Flies at the Roslyn Packer Theatre in 2019 with Mia Wasikowska and Eliza Scanlen.
Ha made her TV debut with a recurring role in the series, Reef Break. A 2019 announcement revealed that she would join the cast of the Steven Spielberg-produced TV adaptation of Halo in the role of Kwan Ha. In November 2021, the Casting Guild of Australia nominated her as a rising star. She was part of the main cast of ABC’s Troppo as Ah Rah, and had her feature film debut in Sissy.
Ha starred in Stan’s Bad Behaviour as Alice. She then played the role of Young Kasha in HBO’s Dune: Prophecy. In 2025, she starred in Netflix’s The Survivors. She was cast to play the love interest of Benedict Bridgerton in Bridgerton Season 4 in August 2024.
