He proposed to her in March 2020 at the Eiffel Tower in Paris, as revealed by his Facebook post on March 15, 2020, captioned “Big news! I got engaged! It was the craziest 48 hours in Paris, but I will remember it always for being the best two days of my life…We went to the Eiffel Tower (which closed one day later), we walked around the park, and I asked Gabbi to marry me. She said yes (!!) – then we had roughly 16 hours to celebrate…Gabbi makes every day better and I’m lucky to have her in my life.”

After serving the station in that role for over 2 years, he was promoted to his current role in January 2023.
