Dana has been covering significant disasters like Hurricane Michael, Hurricane Laura, and Hurricane Sally since she started working at WKRG News 5. In 2014, Dana started her career in West Texas as a weekend anchor for San Angelo’s KLST News.
She fell in love with Tex-Mex when she was there and covered stories on safety at the US border, flying in the Goodyear Blimp, and the Rattlesnake Round-up when residing in the State of Nature! Dana brought a lot of excitement to the morning show as she covered exciting local events and breaking news! From 2016 to 2018, she was employed in Arkansas.
She worked as an intern at Fox 35 during that period, covering stories on the George Zimmerman case, the FAMU hazing controversy, and the NALEO convention.
