The Sherman family owns Casa Sucre in the historic Casco Viejo neighborhood of San Felipe, Panama. They purchased and began restoring the historic 1873 Spanish colonial building around 2009. They later launched the boutique hotel and eventually the coffeehouse full-time in 2013.
