Sue was married to pro ballroom dancer, coach, and dance judge, Len from 2012 to his death. The pair exchanged vows on 30th December 2012 at a London dining club, Mosimann’s. They held a small surprise ceremony that comprised 30 of their close and beloved ones. One of the guests was Anton du Beke.
Len voiced that he had only told his then 96-year-old mother of the private affair to reduce the risk of her suffering from a heart attack. He invited his guest via a written card only sharing that he and Sue were having a bite to eat and a drink at 1 p.m.
To the Daily Mail, he commented that he found the person he wanted to spend his life with. Prior to their marriage, they were colleagues for more than a decade. Initially, they met in early 2000. Sue and Len didn’t have kids however Len had a son from his previous relationship.
Len’s son, James William Goodman was born on 26th January 1981. He is 43 years old. Additionally, he studied Latin and ballroom dancing at Goodman Dance Centre in 2012. William has two children, Alison and Dan.

Sue’s husband, Len passed away on 22nd April 2023 at a hospice in Royal Tunbridge Wells, Kent, England at the age of 78 just six months after his retirement. His agent, Jackie Gill revealed this and said that he died peacefully surrounded by family.
