Netflix’s Too Hot To Handle Sn 5 premiered on Netflix on July 14, 2023. The show surrounds a group of adults who mostly have casual relationships and struggle to establish meaningful bonds.

They’re brought together in a house for a duration of four weeks, where they are guided by a virtual assistant dubbed “Lana,” whose appearance looks like that of a traffic cone. At first, the participants believe they are on a reality show that is different from the series itself.

However, their misconception is later clarified and they discover the true nature of the show. During their time in the house, the contestants must partake in a couple of workshops designed to encourage genuine connections. Further, they are given a strict set of rules that prohibits kissing, sexual contact, and self-gratification.

By adhering to all the rules and fulfilling their responsibilities, contestants have the opportunity to win the $200,000 grand prize. Yet, whenever a contestant violates any of these rules, the initial grand prize diminishes.

Filming, Episodes, and New Members

The Emerald Pavilion in Turks and Caicos Islands served as the filming location. The show premiered on July 14, 2023, and half of the episodes came out on July 21, 2023, while the remaining ones were released on July 28, 2023. The series consisted of 10 episodes. The initial announcement of the cast members occurred on June 29, 2023. However, Yazmin Marziali and Trey Rodgers made their debut in episode 4, and Linzy Luu and Bryce Saltmarsh were unveiled in episode 7.
