Neal McDonough is an American actor who appears in the sci-fi film, The Shift in the role of The Benefactor. The Shift premiered on December 1, 2023. He is best known for his performance as Lieutenant Lynn “Buck” Compton in HBO’s Band of Brothers, Deputy District Attorney David McMorris on Boomtown, Tin Man in the Sci-Fi Channel’s Tin Man, and as Dave Williams in SN 5 of Desperate Housewives.

He has also made appearances in films like Star Trek: First ContactMinority ReportWalking Tall, and in several Marvel Cinematic Universe films and TV series. Aside from Marvel, he has appeared in the DC Arrowverse where he played the role of Damien Darhk in Arrow, Legends of Tomorrow, and The Flash. From 2014 to 2019, he played a big role in Suits for a number of seasons, and in 2019, starred as Malcolm Beck on Yellowstone.
