Consequently, she underwent rigorous physical and mental training day and night. However, in 2983 B.C., Menehptre had a son with his second wife. Regrettably, Menehptre reneged on his promise to Ahmanet, designating the boy as his successor.

Devastated by a sense of betrayal, Ahmanet struck a dark bargain with Set and assassinated her own family. She was mummified alive after her deeds were revealed.
