Larissa has previously worked as a reporter in Gainesville, Florida, and Panama City, Florida. When Larissa reports on everything from politics to national events to crime to social change to the environment, she is passionate about shattering barriers and overcoming stereotypes to humanize her stories. She started her media career on the radio, working as a reporter for Gainesville, Florida’s 89.1 WUFT-FM.
