Thompson started dancing when she was 4. When she was 9, she trained in hip-hop, tap, contemporary, and ballet. She then traveled to international dance conventions when she was 12 years old. In 2013, she signed with Zuri Models children’s talent agency.
She made an IDFWU‘s choreography on YouTube when she was 15 years old. In 2016, her choreographed YouTube video IDFWU went viral, attaining over 4 million views. Next, she did the choreography for Run The World on YouTube which also went viral gaining over 8 million views.
