Fraser works as the chief meteorologist for FOX31 and Colorado’s Own Channel 2. He hosts Pinpoint Weather Forecast from Monday to Friday at 4, 5, 9, and 10 p.m. and also at 7 p.m. on Channel 2. Before joining the station, he worked at several stations, including WXIX and WLWT in Cincinnati, where he worked as a meteorologist. Furthermore, he worked for network affiliates in Des Moines, Sioux Falls, and Austin, Minnesota.
Fraser has covered several significant weather events, such as blizzards during 2003, 2006, 2007, 2010, and 2021. In addition, he also covered the lethal Windsor and Holly tornadoes, the devastating September 2013 flood event, and numerous wildfires like the Waldo Canyon, Hayman, and Black Forest.
Fraser is an active member of both the American Meteorological Society and the National Weather Association. He is a certified meteorologist, holding the CBM (Certified Broadcast Meteorologist) designation, recognized by the AMS for meeting unique educational and experience criteria.
