After growing up in the Midwest, she is elated to live in the Pacific Northwest. Since joining FOX 12 Oregon, she has always teased her coworkers who are “cold” in the winter here. Born to Argentinean immigrants, she has spent most of her life in Lincoln, Nebraska, where she also studied. She enjoys the outdoors and is thrilled to explore a part of the country that is a little less flat and a little more green.
Orti, a bilingual reporter, launched her TV career in Nebraska after finishing her undergraduate studies. She started out at KLKN and then moved to KETV in Omaha. While in Omaha, she broadcast everything, including historic flooding, presidential campaigns, and devastating tornadoes.
Besides her broadcasting work, Ori is a runner-turned-triathlete. In this capacity, she has finished seven Half Ironman races, an Ironman, and multiple marathons. She’s always on the lookout for the next crazy event she can sign up for!
