Supinski works for WJFW as a broadcast meteorologist on NBC 12 Wisconsin in Rhinelander, Wisconsin. In February 2022, Konrad was hired by Newswatch 12 as a meteorologist. Onrad was a lead weather anchor for WIU News 3 before joining the station.
He immigrated to the US when he was five years old after being born in Poland outside of the US. He is bilingual in English and Polish, which facilitates interaction with the neighborhood. Konrad has been elevated to the rank of Sergeant in the Army National Guard as well.
Because of his athletic prowess and leadership abilities in the Army National Guard, he was awarded the Army Achievement Medal in 2019. He spent 14 years on Staten Island, New York, before relocating to Chicago’s northwest suburbs. He now resides in northern Wisconsin, which is colder and snowier. After seeing Hurricane Katrina’s devastation of the Gulf Coast as a young child, Konrad became passionate about weather.
Prior to working for WJFW Newswatch 12, Konrad served as the weather anchor for News 3 in Macomb, Illinois. Konrad is not just a TV meteorologist but also a very active person. He enjoys participating in sports like football, basketball, baseball, and soccer. He enjoys being outside at any time of year and is an adventurous man. Konrad is gregarious and enjoys socializing.
