She had previously worked in Atlanta, Georgia, for The Weather Channel.[1] From 2014 to 2015, she co-hosted America’s Morning Headquarters with Sam Champion and Mike Bettes. Up to September 23, 2018. She was the host of Weekend Recharge with Paul Goodloe.
LaRosa started working for Philadelphia, Pennsylvania’s KYW-TV in June 2004. Later, she was employed by Cincinnati, Ohio’s WXIX-TV, a Fox Broadcasting Company affiliate. She worked as the morning and midday meteorologist for KYW-TV in Philadelphia throughout the week. LaRosa worked as a presenter and meteorologist for WTVM-TV, an ABC affiliate in Columbus, Georgia.
She joined The Weather Channel in 2010 and, along with co-host Todd Santos, began working as an on-camera meteorologist for Weekend Now and PM Edition. LaRosa departed in March 2012 to host First Outlook from 5:30 to 6:00 am and Your Weather Today from 9:00 to 10:00 am (EST).
She presented three-morning shows: Wake Up With Al, which aired from 5:30 to 7 in the morning with Stephanie Abrams, Al Roker, and Mike Bettes (2012–2014); Morning Rush, which aired from 7 to 10 in the morning with Abrams and Bettes (2010–2014); and America’s Morning Headquarters (2014–2015). September 23, 2018, was her final day working for The Weather Channel.
