At WCSC, Higdon was on the ground as White House Press Corps for President Joe Biden and President Donald Trump’s visits to SC. She also field anchored during the Alex Murdaugh murder case, including wall-to-wall coverage for the verdict and conviction.
Before her tenure in Charleston, Higdon worked as an anchor and reporter for WIS-TV in Columbia, South Carolina, from August 2014 to December 2016.
