She was a part of the First Warning Weather team and furthermore reported from the field.
Brittany formerly held positions at WTNH-TV and MyTV 9 in New Haven, CT, where she took first place in the 2011 “MyTV9 Star” competition. She competed in the Miss America national pageant in Las Vegas and won the title of Miss Connecticut 2010 as well.
Brittany likes listening to music while she is not working on the news. She performed in Western Massachusetts as the lead vocalist for the acoustic duo “Smith & Decker.” Traveling, seeing new things, being outside, and doing Crossfit are things Brittany enjoys.
Brittany frequently pushes wheelchair athletes while running and has completed three full marathons. She has also performed century cycling rides in support of fallen police officers. For the past few years, Brittany has gone to Haiti with a group of medical professionals to operate clinics in rural communities there.
