Before joining the WBRC FOX6 News staff, he held positions at television stations in Bowling Green, Kentucky, and Evansville, Indiana.
Jonathan is privileged to serve on the board of aTeam Ministries, a nonprofit organization that houses and supports children with cancer and their families while they receive treatment. He participates in the coalition for a safe and healthy Homewood.
Jonathan was born and raised in Lexington, Kentucky, but he has also resided in Atlanta, Memphis, New York City, Minnesota, and Memphis. He has always identified as a Southerner, even if Kentucky is a border state, and is willing to support the Tide and Tigers (as long as they aren’t playing his favorite Wildcats, of course).
Jonathan has wanted to be a journalist since he was five years old, and he views it as an honor to be a member of Alabama’s top-rated and most-watched news team.
In his free time, he likes to spend time with his family, volunteer at his church, work out, play the drums, watch practically any sport (particularly UK basketball), do home improvement projects, and hang out with his friends and extended family.
