Green works for WCTV as a first-alert weather team. He joined the station in May 2022, and before that, he was an intern as a science educator at the South Florida Science Center and Aquarium. Josh’s fascination with weather began when he was a young child due to Florida’s constantly shifting weather patterns.
Josh worked as a producer and on-air performer for the FSU Weather Show, a student-run live weather program that covered both local and international weather, while he was a student at Florida State. While attending Florida State University, he participated in the Fraternity of Phi Gamma Delta and the North Florida Chapter of the American Meteorological Society.
Josh enjoys playing golf and following Seminole Athletics, in addition to predicting for the Big Bend and South Georgia. He is very eager to remain in Tallahassee and start working for the WCTV First Alert Weather Team.
